In a terse statement, Mr. Bekee said, “I've been inundated with calls to respond to one 'story' by one puoreports.com no doubt, deliberately sponsored by sideline hawks to disparage and smear my principal, Mrs. Ibim Semenitari, Ag. MD/CEO, Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.
It was done as well to provoke an undeserving contest with an
undeserving wayward employed by persons of split personality haunted by
the rivers of blood flowing through their domain.”
Continuing, Mr. Bekee noted that his response was simple: “My principal has given me an elaborate job brief however; it does not include to respond to guttersnipe brewed by fools and their accolades.
“But even if I had to respond, where would I have started? A cursory look at the story shows the foolishness of the Promise Uzoma Okoro, who published, and his "Member of the All Progressive Congress in Rivers State" who tipped him. There is no co-relation between his caption and the content. So, where wold my response have started? Would I have begun with teaching a non-journalist rudiments of journalism? Or, to have first taught him elementary grammar that would enable Promise Uzoma Okoro learn basic rules in punctuation?
“My principal NEVER engaged with anyone in such conversation as cooked-up by Promise Uzoma Okoro and his sponsors.
“We know it is a continuation of last Sunday's punctured fart by persons of dual personality in search of rehabilitation who levied that members of the Semeniari and Peterside families, respectively, had
garnered to themselves, NDDC and NIMASA overseas scholarships. We know them. We know they'll write more of such thrash. But we refuse to engage them. We decline their senile invitation to make them popular.”
