body part which acts as a natural lubrican. Having sex with a dry vagina
can be very uncomfortable and even painful for some women, so a lot of
thought should be put into ways to make sure things are always wet and

Sex educator Laura Berman told Everyday Health that cigarettes can decrease circulation, which can intensify vaginal dryness. Additionally, the experts at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center noted that smoking also reduces estrogen levels, which can decrease vaginal lubrication.

4. Take more vitamins
Vitamin
A, vitamin E, vitamin B12 and essential fatty acids can help combat
vaginal dryness. But always talk to your doctor before taking any
medication, including vitamins.
5. Use lubricants

unscented, colorless, odorless lubrications, as oil-based lubricants can
cause vaginal irritation and yeast infections.
